贵州省农村经济效益与生态效益分析

摘要:

［目的］梳理贵州省农村经济效益与生态效益的关系，分析二者互为矛盾的原因，找到协调贵州省农村经济效益与生态效益的出路。［方法］文章运用文献总结法、对比分析方法，通过分析贵州省生态效益发展进程，找出经济效益与生态效益的发展矛盾及其产生原因。［结果］重视暂时的经济效益而忽视生态效益，导致农村环境污染日趋严重；生态环境脆弱导致自然生态日益恶化；长期不合理的资源开发导致农村资源损耗形势严峻。［结论］贵州省农村经济效益与生态效益矛盾突出，应加强贵州省顶层设计，重视制度建设；积极转变经济发展方式，提高贵州省农村资源利用率；树立正确的农村生态保护理念，为实现贵州省农村经济效益与生态效益双赢打下坚实基础。

Abstract:

［Objective］ To analyze the relationships and the reasons of contradictory between rural economic benefits and ecological benefits in Guizhou province, and found the way to cooperate the rural economic and ecological benefits.［Methods］ The methods of literature summary and comparative analysis were used in this paper.［Results］The results showed that rural environmental pollution had become increasingly serious problem due to paying great attention to the economic benefits and ignoring the ecological benefits, the natural ecological environment had been worsening; the rural resources had been depleted seriously duo to the long-term unreasonable resources development. ［Conclusion］ It should strengthen the top-level design and the system construction, transform the mode of economic development, improve the rural resource utilization, and set up the correct rural ecological protection concept, for realizing the harmonious development of rural economy and ecology in Guizhou province.
