| ［目的］试图在保证区域各类用地合理配置、生态良性循环的基础上对宁国市土地资源承载力进行评价，以期为多层次、多指标的土地资源承载力研究提供一种可行的研究方法与思路。［方法］以安徽省宁国市为研究试点，从耕地、建设用地、生态用地等3个方面构建土地资源承载力评价指标体系，运用层次分析法确定指标权重，利用承载指数法建立宁国市土地资源承载力评价方法。［结果］揭示了宁国市土地资源承载现状为“可载”状态，符合宁国市实际情况。［结论］认为应将资源环境承载力评价与监测预警工作切实有效地融入政府管理工作当中，需进一步开展资源环境承载力动态监测与评估技术的研发，职能部门需统筹建立动态数据库，实现信息共享机制。 |

| The evaluation on land resources and environmental carrying capacity has long-term guiding significance and urgent practical effect for the sustainable development of land and resources. Ningguo City, as the national ecological protection and construction demonstration area, is one of the top 100 cities and counties whose comprehensive strength are the strongest and new urbanization quality are the best. It plays a dual role in the ecological civilization construction and economic and social development. In this paper, the land resources capacity evaluation method was established by using analytic hierarchy process and carrying index method. The results showed that the current land carrying capacity status in Ningguo city showed "can be able to carry". It concluded that the dynamic monitoring and evaluation on the resources and environment carrying capacity should be further strengthened and integrated into the management of the government, and the resources and environment dynamic database should be established in the related functional departments. |
