目的]农村居民点优化对耕地保护及农村建设用地集约利用具有重要意义。[方法]借助高分辨率卫星影像和GIS手段准确提取研究区村庄实际占地,以生态敏感性分析为基础,以建设用地适宜性评价为手段对屯昌县农村居民点用地现状进行评估,按照生态敏感性评价结果和建设用地适宜性由低到高的顺序决定农村居民点用地整治的区域。[结果]研究表明:(1)位于生态极敏感、高度敏感、中度敏感、轻度敏感、和不敏感区域的村庄面积分别为0.04hm2、2.41hm2、42.10hm2、835.93hm2和2990.21hm2。(2)位于禁建区、限建区、次级宜建区和优先建设区的现状村庄面积分别为46.42hm2、501.91hm2、2423.23hm2和864.76hm2。(3)全县农村居民点理论优化面积为547.76hm2。其中,优化区域主要集中于中部“类盆地”区域,优化区域面积位居前三位的镇分别为乌坡镇、南坤镇及屯城镇,优化面积分别为108.49hm2、107.07hm2和103.30hm2,面积最小的为枫木镇,仅为34.96hm2。[结论]综合分析研究结果可知,针对不同生态敏感性和不同用地适宜性的区域应该采取不同的土地利用方式。 |

Rural Residential land optimization is important for the farmland and rural construction intensive land use. The amount of present rural residential area in Tunchang was extracted accurately with GIS and high resolution satellite imagery. Based on ecological sensitivity analysis, the present state of Tunchang rural residential land suitability was evaluated. In accordance with the results of ecological sensitivity evaluation and the suitability evaluation, the optimizing area of rural residential construction land was marked. The results showed that 1) the ecologically very sensitive, highly sensitive,moderate sensitive, slightly sensitive, and insensitive areas were 0.04 hm2, 2.41 hm2, 42.10 hm2, 835.93 hm2 and 2990.21 hm2, respectively 2) the area of the village in forbidden zone, limited zone, secondary priority zone and priority zone were 46.42 hm2, 501.91 hm2, 2423.23 hm2 and 864.76 hm2, respectively. 3) The total amount of optimization area in the whole county was 547.76 hm2. The optimization areas mainly located in the central "category basin" area, the top three were Wupo town, Nankun town and Tuncheng town, with the areas of 108.49hm2, 107.07 hm2 and 103.30hm2, respectively, and the least, Fengmu town, was only 34.96 hm2. |
