| 党的十八大以来，中国农业科学院院所两级立足世界科技前沿，瞄准国家重大需求，深入贯彻国家创新驱动发展战略，紧紧围绕“建设世界一流农业科研院所”的发展目标，砥砺奋进、不断创新，各项工作取得了显著进步，推动了中国农科院科技创新能力以及全国农业科技创新能力的进一步提升。文章以中国农科院下属研究所——农业部环境保护科研监测所为例，系统总结梳理了十八大以来，研究所在推进科技创新工程和建设现代院所方面的主要做法、工作亮点、重要进展、重大突破，在此基础上了提出了几点体会建议，供相关单位参考借鉴。 |

| Abstract: |
| Based on the world technological frontier, aimed at major national demand,closely around "building first-class agricultural scientific research institutes in the world", Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences(CAAS) has thoroughly carried out national innovation driven development strategy since 18th CPC National Congress, making significant progress, promoting the national agricultural science and technology innovation ability. Taking CAAS subordinate institute as an example, this paper systematically summarized the institute main practices, work highlights, important progress and breakthrough in aspects of promoting scientific-technological innovation project and constructing modern research institute firstly, then proposed several suggestions to provide some references for other institutes. |
