| 截止2017年，中国农业科学院生物技术研究所共有2个房屋修缮类项目， 17个基础设施改造类项目， 17个仪器设备购置类项目获批。文章以生物技术研究所获批的修缮购置项目为例，概述了修缮购置项目经费投入情况、管理情况、制度建设和项目实施的成效。重点从强化人才队伍引进和培养，促进国际合作交流，加快公共实验室平台的建立3个方面进行了总结，该专项对中国农业科学院生物技术研究所科研基础条件的改善和推进科技创新能力的建设起了重要的支撑保障作用。 |

| Abstract: |
| Until 2017, the institute of biotechnology of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences has undertaken 2 housing improvement projects, 17 infrastructure renovation projects, and 17 equipment purchase projects. The paper reviewed the investment management, system construction and implementation of the renovation purchase project, summarized the project effects in terms of 3 main aspects: strengthening the personnel introduction and training; promoting international cooperation and communication, accelerating the construction of public laboratory platform. The establishment of the project played an important role in improving the scientific research facilities and the scientific and technological innovation ability of the Biotechnology Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. |
