广东省农产品物流发展水平综合评价与政策促进研究

摘要:

［目的］通过评价广东省农产品物流发展综合水平，以期为科学制定农产品物流业的产业政策提供理论依据和决策支持。［方法］文章从广东省农产品物流发展的现状入手，运用因子分析法与主成分分析法对广东省农产品物流发展的综合水平进行评价。［结果］广东省的21个市中广州市、深圳市、佛山市、湛江市的农产品物流发展处于较高水平； 茂名市、清远市、惠州市、东莞市、肇庆市和江门市的农产品物流发展处于一般水平； 韶关市、中山市、梅州市、阳江市和揭阳市的农产品物流发展处于较低水平； 珠海市、汕头市、河源市、云浮市、汕尾市及潮州市的农产品物流发展处于低水平。［结论］农产品物流发展水平主要与区域经济发展水平和道路交通设施息息相关，经济发展水平较高和道路交通设施完善的区域，农产品物流发展水平也就会越高，产生的经济效益也会越高，也将带来较高的社会效益。

Abstract:

Agricultural product logistics has important role in the development of agricultural economy.This paper analyzed the current situation of agricultural logistics development in Guangdong province, and evaluated the comprehensive level of agricultural logistics development by using factor analysis and principal component analysis.The results showed that the development of agricultural products was at a higher level in 21 cities of Guangdong province, such as Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan, and Zhanjiang. But it was in general level in Maoming, Qingyuan, Huizhou, Dongguan, Zhaoqing and Jiangmen, which was in low level in Shaoguan, Zhongshan, Meizhou, Yangjiang, and Jieyang;The development level was the lowest in Zhuhai, Shantou, Heyuan, Yunfu, Shanwei, and Chaozhou. The main agricultural products logistics development level was closely related to the regional economic development level. The regions with good road traffic facilities, high level of economic development, and perfect regional road traffic facilities had the higher level of agricultural products logistics, where can generate the higher economic benefit and social benefits.
