农业资源循环利用与区域特色产业融合研究——以河南周口地区为例

摘要:

［目的］文章以河南周口地区为例，对当地农业资源循环利用和区域特色产业融合进行实地调研和分析，探讨促进二者协同发展的新举措，以期为当地和其他地区的农业发展提供借鉴。［方法］该文采用实地调查法和统计分析法，了解周口地区农业资源现状以及农业资源循环利用与区域特色产业融合的情况，分析农业资源循环利用的必要性以及与区域特色产业融合的重要性，并提出相关改进措施。［结果］周口地区粮食资源丰富，产量很大，农业的发展主要依靠农用化学品、农业自然资源进行农业生产，单纯追求粮食产量的线性发展，发展模式是“资源投入-生产活动-产品和废弃物”，农业资源的循环利用率不高，忽视了农业生态环境的保护。周口地区的农业生产经营原本以个体户为主，随着规模化发展，形成种养大户、龙头企业、家庭农场等，围绕农业生产的特定环节和生产流程，推行农业资源的循环利用。但是在这一过程中，由于土地的过度开垦、大量农药化肥的使用、基础设施不完善等问题，使周口地区的农业生态环境不断恶化，盲目的循环投入而不是资源的循环利用，使农业的可持续发展受到限制，影响了区域特色产业的融合。［结论］河南周口地区农业资源丰富，而农业生产发展模式较为单一，农业资源利用率不高，在农业生产过程中忽视了对农业生态环境的保护。该地区应结合地方产业优势，使农业废弃物资源与养殖业发展形成循环产业模式，转变发展观念，形成农业资源循环利用与区域特色产业的良性互动，促进地区产业的发展。

Abstract:

Taking Zhoukou, Henan province as an example, this paper analyzed the recycling of local agricultural resources and the integration of regional characteristic industries based on field investigation and analysis, and explored new measures to promote the coordinated development of the two, with a view to provide reference for the local and other regions development. The results showed that Zhoukou area was rich in grain resources. The development of agriculture mainly depended on agricultural chemicals and natural resources. The development mode of grain production was "resource input - production activities - products and waste ". The recycling rate of agricultural resources was not high and ignored the protection of agricultural ecological environment. The farmers, large growers, leading enterprises, and family farms implemented agricultural resources recycling in the production process. However, due to excessive land reclamation, the use of a large number of pesticides and fertilizers, and so on, the agro-ecological environment in Zhoukou area was deteriorated, which affected the development of agriculture and farmers′ income, as well as the integration of regional characteristics of the industry. It concluded that Zhoukou area of Henan was rich in agricultural resources, but the agricultural production development model was relatively simple, the agricultural resources utilization rate was not high, the protection of agricultural ecological environment was ignored. It should combine with the advantages of local industries to form a recycling industry model, change the concept of development, and promote regional industrial development.
