美丽乡村建设背景下海南省传统乡村旅游资源保护及利用

摘要:

［目的］文章以传统乡村旅游资源为切入点，基于美丽乡村建设研究海南省传统乡村旅游资源保护及利用，以期为传统乡村旅游的可持续发展及美丽乡村建设提供科学理论依据。［方法］通过文献查阅法分析总结相关已有的研究成果，在此基础上结合实地调研法和问卷调查法对海南省传统乡村旅游资源保护及利用的现状及存在的问题进行全面分析研究，进而提出传统乡村旅游资源保护及利用对策。［结果］结果表明，海南省传统乡村旅游资源保护及利用过程中缺乏科学合理的规划和管理； 开发与保护意识淡薄，进程缓慢； 开发保护理念落后，农民参与积极性不高； 文化挖掘不足，竞争力弱。此外问卷结果显示48.2%的游客选择旅游时会选择传统乡村旅游，其主要目的是为了增长见识、教育子女，其中选择传统农耕文化旅游的占43.7%。同时41.6%的游客认为美丽乡村建设与传统乡村旅游保护及利用不冲突，美丽乡村建设能更好地展现传统乡村旅游，进而起到保护及利用的功效。［结论］美丽乡村建设的同时要加强传统乡村旅游资源的保护及利用，通过科学合理规划； 完善保护和开发体制，建立健全监督机制； 提高农民保护与开发意识，调动农民参与积极性； 深度挖掘整合文化资源，保障海南省传统乡村旅游资源保护及利用与美丽乡村建设协调发展。

Abstract:

Based on traditional rural tourism resources, this paper analyzed the beautiful countryside construction and the rural tourism resources protection and utilization in Hainan province, so as to provide a scientific theory basis for the sustainable development of the traditional rural tourism and beautiful rural construction. Using the methods of consulting literature materials, field investigation, and questionnaire survey, this paper analyzed the current situation and problems of the traditional rural tourism resources protection and utilization, put forward some countermeasures. The results showed that in the process of the traditional rural tourism resources protection and utilization, there were some issues that it was lack of scientific and reasonable planning and management, the development and protection consciousness was slow, the development and protection concept was backward, farmers′ participation enthusiasm was not high, and culture mining was less competitive. 48.2% of tourists chose the traditional rural tourism with the aims of increasing knowledge, educating children. 43.7% chose traditional farming culture tourism, 41.6% of visitors considered that there was no conflict between the beautiful rural construction and the traditional rural tourism protection. The beautiful rural construction can strengthen the traditional rural tourism resources protection and utilization. It put forward some suggestions, such as the scientific and reasonable planning, perfecting protection and development system, establishing a sound supervision mechanism, raising farmers′ protection and open consciousness, arousing the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in, integrating cultural resources, protecting traditional rural tourism resources, and so on.
