广东省蜂产业的发展现状与趋势

摘要:

［目的］文章就广东省养蜂业发展现状进行概述，并在此基础上从农业相关政策、社会效益、经济效益、生态效益、科研投入开发和企业经营模式角度，对广东省蜂产业发展趋势进行分析。［方法］采用实地调查、走访和查阅相关资料等方法，分别从相关行业主管部门、学会、行业领头军、科研单位、蜂农等方面展开翔实的调查，收集材料。［结果］广东省养蜂业具有养蜂规模化小且养蜂户分散，生产管理粗放，未能形成集约化、产业化规模效应等特点。此外，销售渠道狭隘也限制了规模的进一步扩展，给蜂产品行业企业收购、加工、销售带来了很大的障碍，同时也给蜂产品的食品安全问题带来很大的隐患。因此，广东省养蜂业需要经过适当的引导和管理，促进良性的发展。［结论］广东省具有蜂业发展的良好基础，不仅能带动山区农户脱贫致富，而且蜂产品消费市场潜力巨大，此外蜜蜂授粉的生态效益也不容小觑。因此，养蜂生产是一项大有作为的生产项目。今后，在此基础上，深入挖掘蜜蜂文化、认知及其认养等一体的休闲旅游，拓展蜂产业的发展。蜜蜂对发展山区经济和促进人类的健康有着不可估量的作用。养蜂业是一项非常值得期待的产业。

Abstract:

This paper introduced the status of apiculture on Guangdong province, and analyzed the bee industry development trend in terms of agriculture policy, ecology environment, scientific research and enterprise management mode, using the methods of field survey, investigation, and interview on relevant departments, such as academic, industry leaders, scientific research institute, and bee farmers. The results showed that Guangdong province owned the basic condition for the development of apiculture, and had the advantages of not only poverty alleviation of the local mountain farmers, but also a huge potential consumer market with the broad prospect and bee ecological benefits. However, the apiculture of Guangdong province had some problems, such as the small scale and scattered beekeeper, extensive production management, failure to form intensification and industrialization scale. In addition, sales channels were narrow, enterprises processing and marketing had a lot of obstacles, and bee products were limited due to the food safety problems. Apiculture of Guangdong province need to be properly guided and promoted.With the improvement of people's living quality and the development of leisure tourism, agriculture has rapidly developed with the bee culture as the theme of leisure sightseeing. Guangdong province made a batch of leisure agriculture and sightseeing park. Therefore, it put forward some countermeasures, such as deeply dig the culture of honeybee, cognition and leisure tourism, expanding the development of bee industry to promote the development of mountainous economy and the health of human.
