广西北部湾沿海地区耕地“三位一体”动态监测研究

摘要:
[目的]以广西北部湾沿海区耕地“三位一体”动态监测现状与问题进行研究,试图提高研究区域耕地利用水平。[方法]采用文献综述法在对比研究国内外耕地监测体系现状的基础上,构建集“耕地数量、质量和生态”为一体的动态监测体系,并通过对广西耕地质量动态监测体系的实证分析得出相关结论。[结果](1)当前广西北部湾沿海区耕地动态监测体系主要不足是监测点筛选缺乏系统性和动态性;渐变类型划分标准过粗;基础资料收集精准不够; 缺乏对海水倒灌形成的盐渍化耕地渐变类型监测。(2)广西北部湾沿海区耕地质量呈现由北向南,由西向东降低的趋势。山前冲积平原优质耕地逐渐被沿海区Ⅲ级耕地侵蚀的特点。[结论]建议细化监测区到乡镇,加入浅滩作为分区因素; 选用长期和浮动两种监测点模式; 实行“1·3”动态监测制度、耕地监测预算制度和部门数据共享制度,统一数据标准,构建数据资源库,提高耕地监测效率和质量。

MONITORING RESEARCH FOR THE "TRINITY" OF CULTIVATED FARMLAND IN THE NORTH BAY AREA OF GUANGXI UNDER THE NEW NORMALITY

Abstract:
This paper analyzed the status quo and problems of the "trinity" of cultivated farmland in the North Bay Area of Guangxi, in order to realize the academic exploration and practice of farmland monitoring in line with the actual situation in the region. Based on comparing the status of land monitoring system at home and abroad, it constructed the dynamic monitoring system of "the quantity and quality of cultivated land and ecological" and empirically analyzed the dynamic monitoring system of Guangxi cultivated farmland quality. The results showed that (1) the main deficiencies of the dynamic monitoring system of the North Bay Area of Guangxi were lack of monitoring points selection and dynamic system; the gradient type of standard was too thick; the collection of basic data was not accurate, and it was lack of supervision of salinized land gradient type seawater intrusion formation test. (2) The quality of cultivated farmland was decreasing from north to south, and from west to East. The quality of cultivated farmland in front of the impact plain was gradually eroded by III level cultivated farmland in the coastal area. Finally, it suggested that the monitoring area should be refined into the township and the shoal should be added as a zoning factor. Two types of long-term and floating were selected as monitoring point model. "1· 3" dynamic monitoring system, farmland monitoring budget system and department data sharing system should be implemented. Data standards should be unified and built, the efficiency and quality of cultivated farmland monitoring should be improved.
