| ［目的］赤峰市具有独特区位和资源禀赋优势，城镇化与农业现代化的协调发展是其经济发展的关键，也为周边地区经济发展提供了重要保障。如何准确评价城镇化和农业现代化间的耦合程度，并将两者间的协调发展程度推向更高层次水平，对赤峰市城镇化发展及其与农业现代化协调发展起到至关重要的作用。［方法］基于2000~2012年赤峰市统计数据，利用因子分析方法提取主成分，并构建城镇化和农业现代化协调水平评价模型及协调水平分类，实证分析了西部城镇化和农业现代化协调演变特征及协调发展模式。［结果］经济城镇化和人口城镇化是城镇化水平评价的公因子，要素报酬和要素结构是农业现代化水平评价的公因子； 城镇化和农业现代化协调演变过程是“高度不协调→中度不协调→高度协调”，协调水平呈现了较为明显的“S形”增长趋势； 城镇化和农业现代化协调发展应选择“要素均衡流动”模式。 |

| There is a unique location and advantage of resources endowment in Chifeng city. The coordinated development of the urbanization and agricultural modernization is the important guarantee for the economy development in surrounding area. Therefore, under the background of the rapid advance of urbanization, how to accurately evaluate degree of coupling between the urbanization and agricultural modernization and increase the degree of coordinated development play a crucial role in urbanization and coordinated development in Chifeng city. This article empirically analyzed the coordinated evolution characteristics and pattern based on the statistical data from 2000 to 2012, using the factor analysis method to extract principal component, and built the appraisal model of the coordination development of urbanization and agricultural modernization. The empirical analysis results showed that the economic urbanization and population urbanization were the common factors of evaluating urbanization level. The element reward and element structure were the common factors in the evaluation of agricultural modernization level. The evolution process of urbanization and agricultural modernization was from high to moderate uncoordination and then high coordination. The coordinated development of the urbanization and agricultural modernization should choose the pattern of elements equilibrium flow in Chifeng city. |
