山西省农业资源与社会经济协调发展研究

摘要:

［目的］随着社会经济的粗放型增长，在社会发展过程中往往忽略与资源的协调性，文章通过对山西省农业资源和社会经济发展的协调性进行定量分析，以期为农业资源的和社会的可持续发展提供一定依据。［方法］通过农业资源与社会经济指标体系，采用协调度发展模型计算两者间的协调关系。［结果］2007~2016年山西省农业资源和社会经济综合发展指数整体呈上升的趋势，且社会经济的增长远高于农业资源的增长速度。山西省社会经济和农业资源一直朝着较好的方向发展，农业资源与社会经济的协调度在2008~2016年均大于0.5，处于基本协调状态，尤其是2016年，两者的协调性处于中级协调发展。［结论］社会经济和农业资源相辅相成，山西省作为能源大省，应调整工业产业结构，减少工业产生的废水、废气、废物导致的农业资源污染问题，同时完善对土地资源、农业资源等监督管理，实现社会经济和农业资源的进一步协调发展。

Abstract:

With the extensive growth of social economy, the coordination with resources is often neglected in the process of social development. This article quantitatively analyzed the coordination of agricultural resources and socio-economic development in Shanxi in order to provide a certain basis for the sustainable development of agricultural resources and society. Through the agricultural resources and socio-economic indicators system, a coordinated development model was used to calculate the coordination relationship between the two. The results showed that the comprehensive index of agricultural resources and socio-economic development in Shanxi from 2007 to 2016 showed an overall upward trend, and the growth of social economy was much higher than that of agricultural resources. Shanxi's socio-economic and agricultural resources had been developing in a better direction. The coordination of agricultural resources and social economy had been greater than 0.5 in 2008~2016, and it was in a basic state of coordination. Especially in 2016, the coordination between the two was at an intermediate level. Social economy and agricultural resources complement each other. Shanxi province, as a large energy province, should adjust the structure of industrial industries, reduce the pollution of agricultural resources caused by industrial waste water and waste wastes, and improve supervision and management of land resources and agricultural resources.
