“一带一路”建设对我国农业对外发展环境的影响研究

摘要:

［目的］研究“一带一路”建设对我国农业对外发展环境的影响，以期为我国农业可持续健康发展提供借鉴。［方法］采用资料分析法和统计分析法，通过分析近年来我国农产品进出口贸易额和我国对外农业投资以及我国与“一带一路”沿线国家的农产品贸易额，研究“一带一路”建设对我国农业对外发展环境（农产品贸易、对外农业合作、对外农业投资）的影响。［结果］“一带一路”建设背景下，我国农业对外开放程度进一步提升，农产品进出口贸易规模不断扩大； 对外农业投资不断扩大，农业对外投资金额不断增加； 2014年以来，我国与“一带一路”沿线国家农产品贸易额呈现出不断上升的发展趋势，且上升幅度很大； 农产品出口额连年递增； 贸易逆差也呈现出逐步缩小的变化趋势。［结论］“一带一路”建设意义深远，有力地推动了我国农业对外发展环境的提升，使农产品进出口贸易规模不断扩大、对外农业合作更加频繁、农产品贸易额不断增加。随着“一带一路”建设的不断推进，我国应进一步加快农业对外合作，加强与沿线国家的沟通实现市场互惠，保持各国联合发展实现互利共赢，最终使我国的进出口贸易发展迈上一个新台阶。

Abstract:

Study the impact of the construction of the "the Belt and Road Initiative" on the external development environment of China′s agriculture, with a view to providing reference for the sustainable and healthy development of China′s agriculture. Data analysis and statistical analysis were used to analyze the value of agricultural product import and export trade in recent years and China′s foreign agricultural investment, as well as China′s trade volume with agricultural products along the "the Belt and Road Initiative" countries, to study the "the Belt and Road Initiative"development of China′s agricultural external development environment. (Agricultural Trade, External Agricultural Cooperation, External Agricultural Investment). In the background of "the Belt and Road Initiative", the extent of external agriculture in China has been further improved, the scale of import and export trade of agricultural products has been continuously expanded; the foreign agricultural cooperation has been more frequent and the amount of agricultural foreign investment has been increasing. Since 2014, the trade volume of agricultural products with the countries along the road showed a rising trend, and the increase rate is very large; agricultural exports increased year by year; trade deficit also showed a gradually narrowing trend. The construction of the "The Belt and Road Initiative" is of far-reaching significance, which has effectively promoted the enhancement of the external development environment of China′s agriculture, expanded the scale of agricultural import and export trade, made more frequent external agricultural cooperation, and increased the trade volume of agricultural products. With the continuous advancement of the"The Belt and Road Initiative", China should accelerate agricultural cooperation with foreign countries further, strengthen communication with countries along the road to achieve market mutual reciprocity, maintain joint development of all countries to achieve mutual benefit and win-win benefits, and ultimately lead China′s import and export trade to a new level.
