[目的]新型城镇化是我国社会经济发展的必然产物,农业生态是实现农业持续发展的必经之路,构建农业生态与新型城镇化协调发展评价体系对其进行定量分析,探讨其两者间的耦合协调发展程度,以期促进农业、经济和社会的持续发展。[方法]文章以安徽省为例,在评价农业生态和城镇化指标系统的基础上,运用耦合协调发展度模型对其耦合协调发展程度进行研究。[结果]1997~2016年安徽省农业生态与城镇化评价系数及耦合系数均处于上升趋势,协调度从失调逐渐发展到协调。其中2009年前城镇化的评价指数高于农业生态评价指数, 2009年开始农业生态评价指数高于城镇化评价指数; 耦合系数自2011年后处于磨合阶段,同时协调度也从失调等级转为协调等级。[结论]1997~2016年安徽省农业生态和城镇化耦合协调发展状态良好,但仍未达到最优状态。研究结果对发展安徽省农业、经济、社会健康持续发展具有一定的指导意义,也为其发展指明了方向。 |

STUDY ON THE COORDINATED DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL ECOLOGICALIZATION AND NEW URBANIZATION IN ANHUI PROVINCE |

Abstract: |
The new type of urbanization is the inevitable outcome of China′s social and economic development. Only by releasing the agricultural ecology can we achieve sustainable development of agriculture. The assessment system of coordinated development of agricultural ecology and new urbanization is constructed and analyzed quantitatively. Explore the extent of coupling coordianation between them in order to promote the sustainable development of agriculture, economy and society. The paper takes Anhui province as an example, based on the evaluation of the agricultural ecology and urbanization index system, using coupled and coordinated development degree models to study the degree of coupling and coordinated development. The results showed that the evaluation coefficient and coupling coefficient of agricultural ecology and urbanization in Anhui province were in an upward trend from 1997 to 2016, and the coordination degree gradually evolved from misalignment to coordination. The evaluation index of urbanization before 2009 was higher than that of agricultural ecological evaluation index. The index of agricultural ecological evaluation was higher than that of urbanization evaluation index from 2009; the coupling coefficient was in a running-in period after 2011, and the coordination degree was also changed from misalignment to coordination level. From 1997 to 2016, the coupled and coordinated development of agricultural ecology and urbanization in Anhui province was in good condition, but it still did not reach its optimal status. The results have a certain guiding significance for the development of agriculture, economy, and social health in Anhui province, and also indicate the direction for its development. |
