云南省家庭农场与农民合作社互补关系研究

摘要:

［目的］家庭农场与农民合作社作为构建新型农业经营体系的重要组成部分，探讨其内在关系试图找到云南省新型农民经营体系可持续发展的理论依据。［方法］文章在归纳云南省家庭农场与农民合作社的进展及成果的基础上，通过构建其评价指标体系，进而计算互补系数。［结果］云南省的家庭农场与农民合作社两者之间存在明显的互补关系，其中家庭农场体系中社会资源的发展水平大于物质资源和人力资源，说明家庭农场体系中社会资源的发展潜力较大，且与农民合作社的互补效果明显。而农民合作社体系中效益能力的发展水平大于社会影响和基础资源，但与家庭农场互补效果一般。［结论］云南省家庭农场与农民合作社互相补充，在充分考虑各自劣势的基础上，相互融合，通过构建合理的发展模式，促进云南省新型农业持续发展，以期为区域农业发展起到带头作用。

Abstract:

Family farms and farmer cooperatives are important parts of building the new type of agricultural management system.Exploring their internal relationship will provide the oretical basis for the sustainable development of the new farmers′ management system in Yunnan province.The article summarized the progress and achievements of family farms and farmer cooperatives in Yunnan province, built evaluation index system, and calculate the coefficient of complementary.The research results showed that there were obvious complementary relationships between family farms and farmer cooperatives in Yunnan province, in which the development level of social resources in the family farm system was higher than the material resources and human resources. The results indicated that there was huge development potential of social resources in the family farm system, and it had a obvious complementary relationship with farmer cooperatives. The level of development of efficiency and ability in the farmer cooperative system was higher than social influence and basic resources, but the effect of complementary with family farms was general.Yunnan family farms and peasant cooperatives complemented each other, and on the basis of full consideration of their respective disadvantages, they integrated with each other and build a rational development model to promote the sustainable development of new types of agriculture in Yunnan province in order to take the lead in the development of regional agriculture.
