北京市特色小镇休闲观光农业发展研究*——以怀柔区雁栖镇为例

摘要:

［目的］随着新型城镇化和新农村建设进程的推进，特色小镇的产业发展与生态环境建设之间的矛盾日渐凸显。特色小镇发展休闲观光农业有利于协调和解决特色小镇产业发展与生态环境保护之间的关系和矛盾，从而实现特色小镇的可持续发展。［方法］研究以北京市怀柔区特色小镇——雁栖镇为例，通过实地走访、统计分析等方法，对雁栖镇的休闲观光农业现状进行调查和分析。［结果］总结雁栖镇休闲观光农业具有景色风光带动、区域特色鲜明、高端业态突出的特点，面临从业人员专业素质有待提高、休闲观光农业智慧化层次不高、季节性明显等问题和挑战，并对此提出因地制宜、分区规划、统筹协调、延伸产业链条、打造田园综合体和借助会展特色和互联网进行营销推广等对策建议，以促进雁栖镇休闲观光农业更好、更快发展。［结论］北京市特色小镇的休闲观光农业相较其他普通村镇发展水平较高，特色鲜明，但是仍存在很多挑战和待解决的问题。北京市特色小镇发展休闲观光农业应朝着都市型现代农业方向发展，并借助特色产业的联动效应推动休闲观光农业提质升级。

Abstract:

With the advancement of new urbanization and new rural construction, the contradiction between the industrial development of the characteristic towns and the construction of the ecological environment is becoming more and more prominent. The development of leisure sightseeing agriculture helps to coordinate the relationships and contradictions between the industrial development of characteristic towns and the protection of ecological environment, so as to achieve the sustainable development of characteristic towns. Taking Yanqi town, Huairou district, Beijing, as an example, this study investigated and analyzed the present situation of leisure sightseeing agriculture in this area through field visits, statistical analysis and other methods. The results showed that the leisure sightseeing agriculture of Yanqi town had the following characteristics: the beautiful scenery promoted the development of leisure sightseeing agriculture, the regional layout of leisure sightseeing agriculture was very distinctive, and the high end leisure agriculture industry had performed outstandingly. The problems and challenges faced included that the professional quality of practitioners needed to be improved, the level of intelligent leisure sightseeing agriculture was not high, the seasonal phenomenon was obvious, and so on. This study put forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as adapting to local conditions, sub regional planning, extending industrial chain, building Rural Complex and promoting marketing with the help of exhibition industry and the Internet, so as to promote the better and faster development of leisure sightseeing agriculture in Yanqi town. Finally, it pointed out that compared with the ordinary villages and towns, leisure sightseeing agriculture in characteristic towns in Beijing had distinctive features and relatively high levels of development, but there were still many challenges and problems to be solved. The characteristic towns in Beijing should develop in accordance with the direction of urban modern agriculture, and promote the quality and levels of leisure sightseeing agriculture with the help of the linkage effect of characteristic industry.
