基于精准扶贫的安徽省乡村旅游驱动力分析

摘要:

［目的］文章选取主成分分析法，首次对安徽省的精准扶贫的乡村旅游的驱动力进行分析，以期对安徽省旅游扶贫工作提供借鉴与指导。［方法］选择主成分分析法（principal component analysis，PCA）和多元线性回归方程，结合SPSS220对安徽省基于精准扶贫的乡村旅游驱动力以及影响因子进行分析。［结果］基于精准扶贫的安徽省乡村旅游的主要驱动力是经济驱动、城市环境驱动和健康卫生驱动。其中空气可吸入颗粒年均值对于安徽省精准扶贫的乡村旅游呈负向驱动，乡村饮用水水质达标率、农村卫生厕所普及率、农村居民恩格尔系数、乡村旅游扶贫政策性文件发布数量呈正向驱动，这几个因素是安徽省乡村旅游的主要驱动因子。［结论］今后安徽省基于扶贫的乡村旅游要注重乡村环境的维护、卫生质量的提升、设施设备的完善以及督促各地区政府对发展乡村旅游引起高度重视为入手点，着重提升乡村空气质量、饮用水水质达标率、卫生厕所普及率以及相关政策数量等，以促进乡村旅游在精准扶贫中的成效和带动作用。

Abstract:

This paper analyzed the driving force of the accurate poverty alleviation of rural tourism in Anhui province in order to provide guidance for tourism poverty alleviation work. In this paper, principal component analysis (PCA) and multivariate linear regression equations were selected and combined the data published in Anhui Statistical Yearbook (2010-2017) and the Anhui Provincial Tourism Bureau, the Ministry of Agriculture of Anhui Province, and the Anhui Provincial Poverty Alleviation Website. The main driving forces of rural tourism based on precision poverty alleviation were economic drive, urban environment drive and health drive. The annual average value of air inhalable particles and the Engel's coefficient of rural residents were negatively driven by the poverty alleviation of rural tourism. The rural drinking water quality compliance rate, the rural sanitation toilet penetration rate, and the number of rural tourism poverty alleviation policy documents were positively driving factors. In the future, poverty alleviation based rural tourism in Anhui province should pay attention to the maintenance of the rural environment, the improvement of the quality of health care, the improvement of facilities and equipment, improve rural air quality, drinking water quality standards, and sanitary toilets, and increase the number of relevant policies, etc., so as to promote the effectiveness and leading role of rural tourism in precision poverty alleviation.
