[目的]通过探索城市土地可持续利用评价的方法,对陕西省10个城市的土地可持续利用状况进行综合评价与时空分析。[方法]利用PSR(压力—状态—响应)模型构建城市土地可持续利用评价指标体系,主成分分析法确定指标的相对权重。[结果](1)2016年较2006年陕西省土地可持续利用水平提升显著,且整个研究区域的土地可持续利用呈现良性发展趋势; (2)土地可持续利用水平在空间上存在一定的地域特征,总体上由高到低依次为关中地区、陕南地区、陕北地区; (3)陕西省土地可持续利用水平总体偏低,区域发展水平不够均衡。[结论]基于PSR模型评价城市土地的可持续利用状况,可以充分反映人地关系的重要意义,解释指标体系的协调度与城市土地可持续利用程度的关系,揭示出陕西省各城市土地可持续利用的时间和空间的差异变化。 |

This article was based on the PSR (pressure state response) model to establish an evaluation index system on sustainable utilization of urban land, and conduct a comprehensive evaluation and spatial temporal analysis of the sustainable land use in 10 cities in Shaanxi Province. The results indicated that (1) The level of sustainable land use in Shaanxi Province had increased significantly in 2016 comparing with that in 2006, and the sustainable land use in the entire study area had shown positive development trend; (2) The level of sustainable land use had some regional characteristics in space. Generally speaking, the order from high to low was Guanzhong area, Southern Shaanxi and Northern Shaanxi area; (3) The level of sustainable land use in Shaanxi Province was generally low, and the level of regional development was not balanced enough. The evaluation of the sustainable utilization of urban land based on the PSR model fully reflected the great significance of the human land relationship, explained the relationship between the consistency degree of the index system and the degree of sustainable use of urban land, and revealed the spatial temporal differences regarding sustainable use of land in cities in Shaanxi Province. |
