[目的]耕地保护是我国的一项基本国策,为更加高效地保护耕地资源,提升耕地保护的成效,文章从耕地质量的内涵出发,研究福建省耕地自然、利用以及经济质量等别的数量特征,[方法]引入全局空间自相关分析与局部空间自相关分析方法探索耕地质量在省域层面上的空间分异规律,根据局部空间自相关分析并结合空间极化理论提出了4种基于耕地质量的耕地保护分区方案,为耕地保护分区提供参考。[结果]研究表明福建省省域层面的耕地自然等、利用等以及经济等质量等别分别为677、812、834,耕地自然等、利用等、经济等的全局空间自相关指数(Moran′s I)分别为: 0425、0341、0319; 耕地质量局部空间自相关分析表明耕地质量等别的空间分布呈现出集中分布的态势,其中,自然等和利用等较为明显。[结论]福建省耕地质量处于中等水平,各等别面积也大致呈正态分布,在省级域层面,各质量等别的全局空间自相关表现出较明显的空间自相关特征和空间聚集特征。 |

Cultivated land protection is a basic and long term national policy in China. In order to protect cultivated land resources more efficiently and improve the effectiveness of cultivated land protection, this paper studied the quantitative characteristics of land nature, utilization and economic quality of cultivated land in Fujian province from the connotation of cultivated land quality. Spatial autocorrelation analysis and local spatial autocorrelation analysis method were used to explore the spatial differentiation law of cultivated land quality at the provincial level. According to the spatial autocorrelation analysis and spatial polarization theory, four cultivated land protection zoning projects was proposed based on the estimation of the cultivated land quality, which could provide reference for the zoning of cultivated land protection. The results showed that the natural, utilization and economic quality of cultivated land in Fujian province were 6.77, 8.12 and 8.34 respectively, and the global spatial autocorrelation index (Moran′S I) of cultivated land nature, utilization and economy were 0.425, 0.341 and 0.319 respectively. The spatial autocorrelation analysis of cultivated land quality showed that the spatial distribution of cultivated land quality was different, showing a concentrated distribution, of which natural and utilization was more obvious. The quality of cultivated land in Fujian province was at a medium level, and the area of each grade was also generally normal distribution. At the provincial level, the global spatial autocorrelation of each quality grade showed obvious spatial autocorrelation and spatial aggregation characteristics. |
