摘要:

［目的］为了更加有效地利用乡村资源，在开发前对影响乡村生态养生旅游的因素进行评价，为整体规划工作的开展提供参考。［方法］文章在分析总结相关评价模型的基础上，结合乡村生态养生旅游景区的特点，运用专家咨询法筛选构建了该文的开发适宜性评价模型，并运用层次分析法对各评价指标权重进行计算，确定综合评价分级标准以及各评价指标的评分细则，以兴墩村为例验证本评体系的实用性。［结果］评价模型包括旅游资源、自然环境、区域社会环境、配套设施建设、开发潜力5个二级指标，每个二级指标由影响该指标的因素组成，共计29个三级指标； 通过对兴墩村的分析结果表明，综合得分为806，适宜性良好，其中自然环境得分最高为952。［结论］良好的自然环境和旅游资源是影响开发的主要因素，兴墩村进行乡村生态养生旅游的开发具有得天独厚的优势，自然环境条件优越，同时存在配套设施条件差以及开发潜力低的缺点，针对各二级指标评价情况进行分析提出发展思路，为今后进行规划奠定了基础。

Abstract:

In order to make more effective use of rural resources, the factors affecting rural ecological wellness tourism were evaluated before performing the development, which provide certain references for the implementation of overall planning. Based on the analysis and summary of the relevant evaluation models, the study constructed the exploitation suitability evaluation model with the combination of characteristics of rural ecological wellness tourism scenic spots. The analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the weight function of each evaluation index, and the grading standards of comprehensive evaluation and the detailed grading rule of each evaluation index were confirmed. Finally, the practicability of the evaluation system was verified by taking Xingdun village as the example. The evaluation model included five secondary index: tourism resources, natural environment, regional social environment, supporting facilities construction and development potential. Each secondary index consists of 29 three level indicators, which affect the index. The result of Xingdun Village shows that the comprehensive score is 8.06 with good suitability, the highest score of natural environment is 9.52 among them. Good natural environment and tourism resources are the main factors influencing the development, Xingdun village has a unique advantage in developing rural ecological wellness tourism, due to its superior natural environment condition. In the meantime, it also has some disadvantages such as poor supporting facilities and the low development potential. Some development ideas was put forward according to the evaluation of secondary indexes, which provide a foundation for the future planning.
