[目的]山区生态脆弱、环境敏感性强的内在属性,严重制约着山区耕地可持续利用,目前针对山区耕地可持续利用评价的研究较为薄弱,而山区耕地可持续利用评价研究是保障粮食安全、巩固边疆稳定、促进可持续发展的重要依据之一。[方法]文章结合山区耕地利用特征,尝试从生态友好性、经济可行性和社会可接受性3个方面选取坡地梯田化程度、大于25°坡耕地比重等特殊指标构建了山区耕地可持续利用评价指标体系,并运用变异系数法和综合分析法对云南省进行实证研究。[结果]测算云南省耕地可持续利用水平,并进行等级划分,最终将耕地可持续利用水平划分为不可持续、基本可持续、中度可持续和可持续4个等级,并提出相对应的对策建议。[结论]研究结论为指导山区耕地利用、保障粮食安全、维持山区耕地生态安全等提供理论基础,旨在为我国类似山区开展耕地可持续利用评价、推进土地可持续利用战略提供借鉴和技术支撑。 |

Abstract: |
The inherent attribute of fragile ecological and sensitive environment in mountainous area restricts the sustainable use of arable land in mountainous area, and the research on sustainable utilization of arable land in mountainous area is weak, while the evaluation of arable land sustainable use is one of the important bases to guarantee food security, consolidate frontier stability and promote sustainable development. Combining the characteristics of cultivated land utilization in mountainous areas, this paper constructed the evaluation Index system for sustainable utilization of cultivated land in mountainous areas from 3 aspects of eco friendliness, economic feasibility and social acceptability, and used the coefficient of variation method and comprehensive analysis method to carry out the empirical study of Yunnan province. The sustainable utilization level of cultivated land in Yunnan province was calculated and classified, and the sustainable utilization of arable land was divided into four grades of unsustainable, basic sustainable, moderate sustainable and sustainable, and corresponding countermeasures were proposed. The conclusion provides the theoretical basis for guiding the utilization of farmland in mountainous areas, guaranteeing food security and maintaining the ecological security of cultivated land in mountainous areas, and aims to provide reference and technical support for the evaluation of sustainable use of cultivated land and the strategy of sustainable land use in similar mountainous areas. |
