[目的]评价山西省农业生态安全等级,并基于此进行分区评价,以期为提高山西省生态农业安全度提供理论基础。[方法]运用离差最大化法对2007—2016年山西省农业生态安全作出动态评价,并基于GIS空间分析功能划分山西省各地级市农业生态安全等级。[结果]2007—2016年山西省农业生态安全综合指数呈现波折上升的过程,期间出现短暂下降过程,其中生态、经济系统指数值呈上升态势,而社会系统指数值呈下降趋势; 吕梁市、太原市和阳泉市等3市由于人口基数大等原因造成其农业生态安全等级为不安全级,大同市、忻州市及临汾市等3市等由于工业污染造成土地质量下降导致其农业生态安全等级为较不安全级,朔州市、长治市及晋城市等3市由于农业污染治理及时导致其农业生态安全等级为较安全级,晋中市和运城市等2市由于农业基础设施完善,故其农业生态安全等级为安全级。[结论]通过构建生态补偿政策及发展绿色农业体系能提高山西省农业生态安全指数。 |

EVALUATION OF AGRICULTURAL ECOLOGICAL SECURITY IN SHANXI PROVINCE FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF ECOLOGY ECONOMIC SOCIETY SYSTEM |

This research is planned to evaluate the level of agricultural ecological security in Shanxi province, and conduct a district evaluation, in order to provide a theoretical basis for improving the security of ecological agriculture in Shanxi province. Using the maximum deviation method, this research carried out the dynamic evaluation of agricultural ecological security in Shanxi province from 2007 to 2016, and divided the agricultural ecological security in different grades of Shanxi province according to the spatial analysis function of GIS. From 2007 to 2016, the comprehensive agricultural ecological security index in Shanxi province showed a process of twists rising and dropped during the process. The ecosystem and economic system index showed an upward trend, while the social system index showed a downward trend. The three cities of Luliang city, Taiyuan city and Yangquan city had unsafe agricultural ecological security level due to the large population base. The three cities of Datong city, Xinzhou city and Linfen city, due to industrial pollution caused by the decline in land quality, the agricultural ecological security level was less safe. The three cities of Shuozhou city, Changzhi city and Jincheng, due to the agricultural pollution controlled in time, the agricultural ecological security level was relatively safe. The two cities of Jinzhong city and Yuncheng city had a safe ecological level because of their perfect agricultural infrastructure. Through the construction of ecological compensation policy and the development of green agriculture system, it can improve the agricultural ecological security index of Shanxi province. |
