摘要:

［目的］通过分析长江经济带农业协同发展的优势条件及限制性因素，以及各省域农业比较优势，为长江经济带农业协同发展提供科学依据。［方法］文章用实证分析法，采用农业相对比重指标（AG）和显示性比较优势指标（RCA）对长江经济带各省域农业相对比重和比较优势进行深入剖析，并分析了近几年长江经济带各省域农业的相对比重和显示性比较优势的变化趋势。［结果］长江经济带整体农业占其经济总量比重较低，农业相对比较优势不明显； 各省市的农业比重和相对比较优势差异明显； 近年来，长江经济带农业比重和比较优势波动平缓，甚至有略微下降趋势。［结论］应加强各省域农业部门合作，做好发展规划，强化顶层设计； 充分发挥农业比较优势，优化区域农业布局； 利用辐射效应，加强农业发展要素流通； 积极创新农业发展新业态，建立农业协同发展激励机制。此外，完善和统筹长江经济带区域农业公共服务和基础设施建设是推动沿江省市农业协同发展的前提和必要保障。

Abstract:

By analyzing the advantages and restrictive factors of the coordinated development of agriculture in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, as well as the comparative advantages of agriculture in different provinces along the Yangtze River Economic Belt, this paper aims to provide a scientific basis for the coordinated development of agriculture in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. Based on the empirical analysis, this paper made an in depth analysis of the agricultural relative weight and the revealed symmetry comparative advantage of agriculture in provinces along the Yangtze River Economic Belt by using the agricultural relative weight index and the revealed symmetry comparative advantage index. Moreover, it analyzed the trends of change of the agricultural relative weight and the revealed symmetry comparative advantage of agriculture in each province along the Yangtze River Economic Belt in recent years were in the meanwhile. The results showed that the economy of the overall agriculture of the Yangtze River Economic Belt accounted a relative lower proportion in the total volume of economy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and the relative comparative advantages of agriculture were also not obvious. However, the difference of agricultural weights and the relative comparative advantages of agriculture in different provinces along the Yangtze River Economic Belt was obvious on the contrary. In recent years, the agricultural weight and the comparative advantages of agriculture in the Yangtze River Economic Belt fluctuated smoothly and even had a trend of slightly decline. It is concluded that we should strengthen the cooperation between agricultural sectors of different provinces along the Yangtze River Economic Belt, make development plans appropriately and enhance the top level design for the purpose of promoting the coordinated development of agriculture in the Yangtze River Economic Belt in the new era. The comparative advantages of agriculture should also be given full play to the optimization of the distribution of agriculture in regional areas. The exchange of agriculture development elements should be enhanced by making good use of the radiation effect as well. New forms of agricultural development should be innovated in an active way and an incentive mechanism for the coordinated development of agriculture should also be established. In addition, improving and coordinating the regional public services and the infrastructure construction of agriculture in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is the precondition and the necessary guarantee for the promotion of the coordinated development of agriculture in provinces along the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
