村庄农户—土地—产业转型耦合协调性评价*——以陕西蓝田县王嘴头村为例

摘要:
[目的]探究农户、土地、产业转型耦合协调水平的演化特征及规律,对促进村庄协调发展有重要意义。[方法]基于村庄系统的理论分析,构建转型度评价指标体系,运用耦合协调度模型,评价并分析不同时期农户、土地及产业的耦合协调水平。[结果](1)农户和产业总体表现出良性转型,且两者转型速度快于土地转型。(2)“农户—产业”、“产业—土地”的协调水平总体呈上升态势,“农户—土地”在2010年后出现不协调趋势。(3)综合耦合度呈“波浪式”上升态势,值均在08以上,三者联动作用较强; 1980—2010年综合协调度快速提升, 2010后出现下降势头。(4)农户、土地和产业间的转型耦合协调水平在不同时期存在差异, 2010年以来,土地转型的滞后阻碍了村庄协调转型。[结论]村庄系统协调性的下降是农户、土地和产业三者共同作用与反馈的结果,三者的综合耦合度及协调度的变化反映了系统自调节自组织的过程,符合“农户—土地—产业”开放系统由耗散到协调有序演进的规律。最后,文章总结了促进村庄协调转型的启示。

COUPLING COORDINATION EVALUATION OF VILLAGE FARMER LAND INDUSTRY TRANSFORMATION*——THE CASE OF WANGZUITOU VILLAGE IN LANTIAN COUNTY IN SHAANXI PROVINCE

Abstract:
Exploring the evolution characteristics and laws of the coupling and coordination level of farmers, land and industrial transformation, it is of great significance to promote the coordinated development of villages. Based on theoretical analysis of village system, this research constructed an evaluation index system of village farm land industry, and used coupling coordination model to evaluate and analyze the coupling and coordination level among farmers, land and industry in different periods. The results were showed as follows. Firstly, the farmers and the industry of the village generally showed a benign transformation, and their speed of transformation was faster than the land transformation. Secondly, the coordination level of "farmer industry" and "industry land" was generally on the rise, and "farmer land" had an uncoordinated trend after 2010. Thirdly, the comprehensive coupling degree was "wave like" rising trend, and the values were all above 0.8. There was a strong joint action among the three. The comprehensive coordination degree was rapidly improved from 1980 to 2010, and the downward trend appeared after 2010. Finally, the level of transformation and coordination between farmers, land and industry varied in different periods. Since 2010, the lag of land transformation had hindered the coordinated transformation of villages. The decline of village system coordination is the result of the joint action and feedback of farmers, land and industry. The change of the comprehensive coupling degree and coordination degree of the three reflects the process of self adjustment and self organization of the system, which is in line with the rule of "farmers land industry" open system orderly evoluted from dissipation to coordinated. At last, it summarizes the implications of the research findings for promoting the coordinated transformation of village.
