广东揭西县土壤微量元素与有机质和pH的关系分析

摘要:
[目的]为研究广东省揭西县土壤有机质和pH对土壤中微量元素全量的影响,对研究区域土壤进行采样,共采集331份表层土样(0~20cm),测定土壤中pH和有机质以及微量元素铜、锌、锰、钼、硼和硒的含量。[方法]利用Pearson相关分析法与一元线性回归方法对土壤微量元素全量与有机质和pH的关系进行分析。[结果]土壤中有机质的平均值为183%,pH的平均值为522,说明研究区土壤中有机质含量偏低且土壤大体上呈酸性。铜、锌、锰、钼、硼和硒的平均含量分别为1003、6192、30219、106、1611、053mg/kg,锌、锰和硒的平均值高于广东省背景值,铜、钼和硼的平均值低于广东省背景值。铜、锌、锰与pH呈极显著(P<001)的线性正相关关系,硒与pH呈极显著(P<001)的线性负相关关系; 铜、锌、钼、硒与有机质之间存在着正相关的关系,锰与有机质呈负相关关系。[结论]在揭西县土壤中,随着有机质的积累,土壤中铜、锌、钼、硒和硼含量增加,锰含量减少; 在酸性和中性条件下,随着pH值增大,土壤中铜、锌、锰含量增加,硒含量减少。

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SOIL TRACE ELEMENTS WITH ORGANIC MATTER AND PH IN JIEXI COUNTY, GUANGDONG PROVINCE

Abstract:
In order to study the effect of soil organic matter and pH on six trace elements (Cu, Zn, Mn, Mo, B and Se) in soil in Jiexi county, 331 surface soil samples (0 ~ 20 cm) were collected uniformly in the study area to determine the total concentrations of soil trace elements, soil pH and organic matter. Relationship between total concentrations of soil trace elements with organic matter and pH were analyzed by using Pearson correlation analysis and one dimensional linear regression. The results showed that the average value of organic matter was 1.83% and pH was 5.2, indicating that the content of organic matter in the soil of study area was low and the soil was generally acidic. The average contents of Cu, Zn, Mn, Mo, B and Se were 10.03, 61.92, 302.19, 1.06, 16.11, 0.53 mg/kg, respectively. The average values of the total Zn, Mn and Se were higher than the background value of Guangdong province, while the average values of the total Cu, Mo and B were lower than the background value of the Guangdong province. The correlation between soil trace elements Cu, Zn, Mn and pH significantly (P<0.01) increased with the increase of pH, whereas total Se and pH had a significantly negative correlation (P<0.01). There was a positive correlation between the total amounts of Cu, Zn, Mo, Se and organic matter content in soil, and a negative correlation between total Mn content and organic matter content. In conclusion, the accumulation of organic matter in Jiexi county resultes in the increase of the contents of trace element Cu, Zn, Mo, Se, B and the decrease of total Mn in the soil. Under acidic and neutral conditions, with the increase of pH value, the total amounts of Cu, Zn and Mn in the soil increase and total Se decrease.
