[目的]从时空角度探讨农旅协调发展程度,为河南省农业旅游业协调发展提供理论支撑。[方法]从农业发展规模、农业发展保障、农业集约化水平、旅游经济、旅游保障和旅游市场等几个方面构建了农旅协调发展评价指标体系,运用熵值法、主成分分析法构成的组合法对指标赋权,用改进的TOPSIS法计算协调度,用标准差椭圆法分析协调度的空间分布特征。[结果]1995—2015年河南省农旅协调度从勉强协调向良好协调发展; 2007、2010和2015年各地协调度差异不大,郑州、洛阳和南阳3市的农旅协调度为中度协调,中度协调区域大致呈C字形分布,其余城市为勉强协调; 协调度重心靠近郑州、许昌交界处,分布方向大致呈东北—西南走向,分布的方向性和集聚性不是很明显。[结论]根据各地旅游业、农业及农旅协调度的实际情况,提出了科学合理的、差异性的农旅协调发展对策:以旅促农、以农带旅和旅农共进。 |

STUDY ON THE COORDINATED DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND TOURISM IN HENAN PROVINCE |

This research explores the degree of coordinated development between agriculture and tourism from the point of view of space time, so as to provide theoretical support for the coordinated development of agriculture and tourism in Henan province. This research constructed the evaluation index system of coordinated development of agriculture and tourism of Henan province according to agricultural development scale, agricultural development guarantee, agricultural intensification level, tourism economy, tourism guarantee and tourism market. The combination of entropy method and principal component analysis was used to assign weights to the evaluation indexes. The improved TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution) was used to calculate the coordination degree of agriculture and tourism. The standard deviation ellipse was employed to analyze the spatial distribution of coordination degree. The results were showed as follows. Firstly, the coordination degree of agriculture and tourism in Henan province had developed from barely coordinated development to well coordinated development between 1995 and 2015. Secondly, there was little difference in coordination degree between cities. Agriculture and tourism of Zhengzhou, Luoyang and Nanyang remained in moderate coordination, and the moderate regions showed a "C" spatial pattern, while the rest of the cities were barely coordinated. Finally, the gravity centers of coordination were close to the junction of Zhengzhou and Xuchang. The main distribution was generally northeast southwest, and neither directionality nor agglomeration was obvious. Based on the fact of agriculture and tourism development, three scientific and differential countermeasures for coordinated development were put forward: promoting agriculture by tourism, promoting tourism with agriculture and the common development of agriculture and tourism. |
