摘要: |
[目的]耕地质量定级是根据耕地的自然属性和社会经济属性对其质量进行综合评定及级别划分的过程。为科学量化耕地数量,明确耕地资源分布与提升耕地质量,为实现区域内耕地占补平衡,确保耕地总量动态平衡,研究以裕安区为例,探讨基于因素法进行的六安市裕安区耕地质量定级评价。[方法]首先选取裕安区耕地质量定级因素因子体系,利用特尔斐法确定各因子权重; 再将不同类型的定级因素因子指标分类量化; 接着划分定级单元并进行分值计算; 最后确定各定级单元定级指数,采用总分频率曲线法初步划分耕地级别,并通过 SPSS 相关性分析检验。[结果]裕安区耕地共分为5个级别,其中以二、三级地为主,主要分布在江家店镇与罗集乡,共占7879%。[结论]裕安区整体耕地质量中等偏上,耕地级别分布呈现出明显的空间递减规律,离道路或水系越近的耕地级别越高,反之越低; 离城镇或农贸中心的耕地级别越高,反之越低; 级别也反映出耕地在利用方式上的差异。 |

RESEARCH OF GRADATION APPRAISAL OF CULTIVATED LAND QUALITY IN YU′AN DISTRICT BASED ON FACTOR METHOD |

Abstract: |
The classification of cultivated land quality is a process of comprehensive assessment and classification of its quality based on the natural attributes and socioeconomic attributes of cultivated land. To scientifically quantify the amount of cultivated land, clarify the distribution of cultivated land resources and improve the quality of cultivated land, to achieve the balance of cultivated land occupation and compensation in the region and ensure the dynamic balance of the total cultivated land, this research takes Yu′an district as an example to discuss the grading evaluation of cultivated land quality in the Yu′an district of Lu′an city based on the factor method. Firstly, the factor system of arable land quality grading factors in Yu′an district was selected, and the weights of each factor were determined by Delphi method; then the classification indicators of different types of grading factors were classified and quantified; then the grading units were divided and the scores were calculated; Finally, the grading index of each grading unit was determined, and the arable land level was initially divided by the total fractional frequency curve method and tested by SPSS correlation analysis. The results showed that the cultivated land in Yu′an district was divided into five grades, of which the second and third grades were mainly distributed in Jiangjiadian town and Luoji township, accounting for 78.79%. In summary, the overall cultivated land quality in Yu′an district is above average. At the same time, the distribution of cultivated land level in Yu′an district shows obvious spatial diminishing law. The higher the level of cultivated land closer to the road or water system, the lower the contradiction; the higher the level of cultivated land from the town or the agricultural trade center, the lower the opposite; the grades also reflect the differences in the use of cultivated land. |
