基于新冠肺炎疫情防控的中药材发展研究

摘要:

［目的］以中国新冠肺炎疫情阻击战为案例，通过成效、原因、问题的分析，研究提出对策措施，推动中医药高质量发展。［方法］运用文献研究法，梳理研究了有关中医药古籍、中药材栽培、新冠肺炎疫情防控与治疗等文献与数据，以问题为导向，提出了中医药事业发展的方向和路径。［结果］中医药在重大突发疫情防控中起到了非常重要的作用，中医药既有支撑抗击疫情取得胜利的深厚文化基础，又面临诸多问题和挑战，只要增强中医药的文化自信，采取综合措施，中医药就能够得到高质量发展。［结论］中医药成为该次抗疫的一大特色和亮点，在充分肯定中医药为抗疫斗争作出巨大贡献的同时，应客观正视中医药在认识、产业、质量等方面存在的突出问题，提出了大力弘扬中医药文化、加强政策引领、加强中医药科技创新、加强中医药国际合作等措施，特别是根据我国不同地域特点，提出了加强中药材基地规划建设的建议，以此推动中医药高质量发展。

Abstract:

This paper takes China′s fight against COVID 19 pandemic as an example and puts forward suggestions and measures in analysis of effectiveness, causes and problems to promote the high quality development of Chinese medicinal materials (TCM). The paper made reference to documents and data related to ancient TCM books, Chinese medicinal materials cultivation, prevention and treatment of the pandemic. The direction and development path of TCM were explored based on the problems. TCM had played an important role in the pandemic with an effectiveness of over 90%. TCM was faced with many problems and challenges, though it had a profound cultural richness. The high quality development of TCM could be realized through strengthening TCM′s cultural confidence and adopting comprehensive measures. TCM had become a major feature and made great contribution in China′s fight against the pandemic. The problems of TCM in terms of industry and quality should be taken into consideration. The paper puts forward the measures including vigorously developing TCM culture, strengthening policy guidance and technological innovation and promoting international cooperation. In particular, according to the characteristics of different areas in China, the paper also puts forward the suggestions on strengthening the planning and construction of Chinese medicinal materials bases in aim to promote the high quality development of TCM.
