乡村振兴战略实施背景下的农业农村信息采集工作分析

摘要:

［目的］近年来，以第五代移动通信技术5G为代表的新兴技术成为社会各界探讨的热点，5G时代即将来临。在实施乡村振兴战略的时代大背景下，农业农村信息采集工作日趋重要。通过多年发展，农业农村的信息采集工作取得了一定的成绩，并且在信息采集渠道架设、采集方式、基础设施建设、人才队伍培养方面积累了宝贵经验。在新的发展形势下，当前的农业农村信息采集模式不能较好反映农业农村现状和全貌，特别是在以5G为代表的信息技术日新月异的时代背景下，传统的农业农村信息采集方式面临了诸多问题。［方法］文章阐述了现阶段的农业农村信息采集的主要方式和途径，分析了目前农业农村信息采集工作存在的突出问题，尝试探索新的农业信息采集模式。［结果］基于新技术、新工作布局对农业信息采集未来的发展模式进行了大胆的设想，提出了新的工作思路。［结论］能够创新数据采集方式、优化采集资源配置、提高采集数据质量，为乡村振兴战略实施打好数据基础，提供优质数据服务。

Abstract:

In recent years, the emerging technology represented by the fifth generation mobile communication technology 5G has become the focus of discussion in all sectors of society, and the 5G era is coming. Under the background of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, the collection of agricultural and rural information has become increasingly important. Through years of development, the information collection in agricultural and rural areas has made certain achievements, and valuable experience in information collection channels, methods, infrastructure, and talent teams has been accumulated. Under the new situation, especially in the background of the rapid development of information technology represented by 5G, the current mode of agricultural and rural information collection can′t reflect the current situation and overall situation of agricultural and rural areas better. Especially in the context of the rapid development of new technologies, traditional agricultural and rural information collection is facing many problems. This paper expounded the ways of collecting agricultural and rural information at the present stage, analyzed the prominent problems existing in the collection of agricultural and rural information at present, tried to explore a new mode of agricultural information collection, and made a bold assumption on the future development model of agricultural and rural information collection, put forward new working ideas. The purpose of this research is to innovate data acquisition methods, optimize the allocation of acquisition resources and improve the quality of data acquisition, lays a good data base and provide high quality data services for the strategy of rural revitalization.
