目的 我国农业全面进入转型发展阶段,适应气候变化和技术进步双重影响及资源环境保护要求,是新阶段耕作制度改革发展的迫切需求。方法 文章基于1985—2015年以县域为单元的作物生产与资源要素空间数据库,分析资源与作物生产匹配特征及其变化动态,并运用遥感、GIS、模型模拟等方法,进行了耕作制度区划方案更新。结果 受气候变化及品种更新、栽培耕作技术进步等影响,我国熟制界限指标、作物种植结构都发生了显著变化。新的耕作制度区划将全国分为3个熟制带、11个一级区和41个二级区。结论 基于气候变化与技术进步双重影响构建的耕作制度区划指标与区划方案,能够更好地突出我国耕作制度区域特征和服务区域农业结构调整及布局优化。未来我国耕作制度发展将围绕资源节约、生态友好、集约高效、产业协调目标,适应机械化、规模化、精准化发展趋势,在保障国家粮食安全基础上积极开发多功能的新型耕作制度模式与技术。 |

China′s agriculture has been in the transformation and development stage, adapting to the dual influences of climate change and technology progresses as well the requirements for resources and environment protection, which is the urgent need for the reform and development of farming system in the new stage. This research built a spatial database including crop production and resource elements at the county level from 1985 to 2015 across China, afterwards analyzed the matching characteristics of resources and crop production and their dynamic changes, moreover, remote sensing, GIS and crop modeling were all used to update the farming system zoning scheme. Under the influences of climate change, cultivar renewal, cultivation and tillage technology progress, both the indexes for assessing the boundary of multiple cropping systems and regional crop planting structure changed significantly. The new regionalization divided China into 3 agricultural zero-grade regions, 11 first-grade regions, and 41 sub-regions. Regionalization of farming system in China under the impact of climate change and technology improvement can better reflect the new regional characteristics of the farming system and adapt to the relevant national agricultural development plan. China′s farming systems will focus on resource-saving, eco-friendly, intensive and efficient, industrial coordination goals, adapting to the mechanization, scale and precision development of agricultural production in the future, we will try to develop multifunctional innovative tillage system mode and technology on the basis of ensuring national food security. |
