乡村振兴战略下绿肥产业持续发展的SWOT分析与路径研究以广西壮族自治区为例

摘要:

目的 产业兴旺是乡村振兴战略发展的第一要务，尤其在当前我国耕地肥力退化的情形下，探究绿肥产业发展显得尤为重要。文章以广西壮族自治区为例，开展乡村振兴战略下绿肥产业持续发展的SWOT分析与路径研究，以期为广西绿肥产业的发展提供参考。方法 该文阐述了广西绿肥发展现状与典型种植模式，并运用SWOT分析法剖析了广西绿肥产业存在的优势、劣势以及面临的发展机遇与挑战，探讨广西绿肥产业发展路径。结果 分析发现，广西绿肥产业有着地理与空间资源、种植基础与栽培技术方面的优势，存在着地区发展不平衡与产业基础薄弱的劣势，面临着政府政策支持和绿色发展理念的机遇及绿肥增值增效潜力挖掘与绿肥产业价值链亟需开发的挑战。结论 广西绿肥产业应在增长型战略的基础上以扭转型战略和多种经营战略为核心，兼顾防御型战略，强化绿肥种植保障机制、科学统筹机制、经营模式转变机制，“绿肥+”清洁产业发展机制，完善产业链，实现产业升级，助推乡村振兴。

Abstract:

Industrial prosperity is the top priority of the strategic development of rural revitalization, especially in the current situation with the degradation of farmland fertility. Therefore, it is particularly important to explore the development of green manure industry. Taking Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as an example, this paper focuses on the sustainable development of the green manure industry under the rural revitalization strategy based on SWOT analysis and path research. It hopes to provide reference for the development of the green manure industry in Guangxi. This paper expounded the development status and typical planting mode of green manure in Guangxi, and analyzed its advantages, disadvantages, development opportunities and challenges by using SWOT analysis method, then discussed the development direction of green manure industry in Guangxi. The results found that the green manure industry in Guangxi had the advantages of geographical and spatial resources, planting foundation and cultivation technology, and had the disadvantages of unbalanced regional development and weak industrial foundation. It faced with the opportunity of government policy support and green development concept, the challenge of tapping the potential of value-added and increasing efficiency and the urgent development of green manure industry value chain. On the basis of the growth-oriented strategy, the green manure industry in Guangxi should focus on the approach of transformation and multi-operation, taking into account the defensive strategy, strengthening the guarantee mechanism for the planting of green fertilizer, the mechanism of overall scientific planning, and the mechanism for the transformation of operation mode, “Green Manure +” clean industry development mechanism, and improve the industrial chain to achieve industrial upgrading and rural revitalization boosting.
