收入质量对农户秸秆还田技术自觉采纳行为的影响——基于有调节的中介效应分析

摘要:

目的 农户采纳秸秆还田技术的自觉行为是加强农业生态环境建设以及提高农业可持续发展能力的关键步骤之一，文章以农户的政策认知作为中介变量，信息获取能力为调节变量，探究收入质量对农户自觉采纳秸秆还田技术的作用路径。方法 基于湖北省654份农户调研数据，运用熵值法和Bootstrap有调节的中介检验方法探讨收入质量对农户秸秆还田技术自觉采纳行为的影响机理。结果 （1）收入质量对农户秸秆还田技术自觉采纳行为有显著的正向影响，相比于收入质量较低的农户，拥有高水平收入质量的农户更加自觉地采纳秸秆还田技术；（2）在收入质量对农户秸秆还田技术自觉采纳行为的影响过程中，政策认知发挥着正向中介作用，信息获取能力正向调节收入质量通过政策认知影响农户自觉采纳秸秆还田技术的间接效应。结论 政府应该多措并举，促进农户收入水平高质量增长；强化政策宣传教育，提升农户生态环保认知；扩宽农户信息获取渠道，提高信息整合能力，从而进一步加快实现农民富和农村美的协调统一。

Abstract:

The conscious behavior of farmer adopting straw returning technology is one of the key steps to strengthen the construction of agricultural ecological environment and improve the ability of agricultural sustainable development. The article takes farmers' policy cognition as a mediatory variable, the ability to obtain information as a moderate variable, and explore the effect path of income quality on the farmers' conscious adoption behavior of straw returning technology. Based on 654 survey data of farmers in Hubei province, the entropy method and Bootstrap's regulated intermediary test method were used to explore the influence mechanism of income quality on farmers' conscious adoption of straw returning technology. The results showed that: (1) Income quality had a significant positive impact on farmers' conscious adoption of straw returning technology. Compared with farmers with lower income quality, farmers with high income quality were more consciously adopting straw returning technology; (2) In the process of the impact of income quality on the conscious adoption of straw returning technology, policy cognition played a positive intermediary role, and the indirect effect of income quality that affected farmers' conscious adoption behavior of straw returning technology through policy cognition was moderated by the ability of obtaining information. So, it is necessary to take multiple measures to promote high-quality growth of farmers' income levels; strengthen policy publicity and education to enhance farmers' awareness of ecological and environmental protection; and expand farmers' information acquisition channels and improve information integration capabilities, so as to further accelerate the realization of the harmony and unity of farmers' wealth and rural beauty.
