农业产业集聚对农业绿色全要素生产率的影响——基于空间溢出效应视角

摘要:
目的 农业产业集聚是农业绿色发展的重要影响因素之一,剖析农业产业集聚对农业绿色全要素生产率的影响,有助于实现农业绿色化和现代化发展。方法 文章基于1998—2018年中国省域农业发展数据,引入空间因素,通过构建空间杜宾模型分析农业产业集聚对农业绿色全要素生产率的影响及其空间溢出效应。结果 (1)在样本考察期内,中国农业产业集聚与农业绿色全要素生产率均存在明显的空间相关性;(2)农业产业集聚对农业绿色全要素生产率具有显著的负向影响,且该影响具有明显的空间溢出效应,在一定程度上制约了周边区域农业绿色全要素生产率的提升;(3)财政支农、工业化和自然灾害对农业绿色全要素生产率具有显著的负向影响,城市化、对外开放对农业绿色全要素生产率具有显著的正向影响。结论 应把握省域农业空间关联规律,推进区域农业绿色、协调发展,优化资源配置,科学布局农业产业,并从财政支持、城镇化、工业化、自然灾害和农业开放水平等方面推进农业绿色全要素生产率的提升。

THE EMPACT OF AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRIAL AGGLOMERATION ON GREEN TOTAL FACTOR PRODUCTIVITYBASED ON THE PERSPECTIVE OF SPATIAL SPILLOVER EFFECT

Abstract:
Agricultural industrial agglomeration is one of the important influencing factors of agricultural green development. Analyzing the impact of agricultural industrial agglomeration on agricultural green total factor productivity is helpful to realize the development of agricultural greening and modernization. Based on China's provincial agricultural development data from 1998 to 2018, spatial factors were introduced to analyze the impact of agricultural industrial agglomeration on agricultural green total factor productivity and its spatial spillover effect by constructing a Spatial Dobbin model. The results were listed as follows. (1) During the sample period, there was an obvious spatial correlation between China's agricultural industrial agglomeration and agricultural green total factor productivity. (2) Agricultural industrial agglomeration had a significant negative impact on agricultural green total factor productivity, and the impact had an obvious spatial spillover effect, which restricted the improvement of agricultural green total factor productivity in the surrounding areas to a certain extent. (3) Financial support for agriculture, industrialization and natural disasters had a significant negative impact on agricultural green total factor productivity, and urbanization and opening to the outside world had a significant positive impact on agricultural green total factor productivity. Therefore, we should grasp the spatial correlation law of provincial agriculture, promote the green and coordinated development of regional agriculture, optimize the allocation of resources, scientifically distribute the agricultural industry, and promote the improvement of agricultural green total factor productivity from the aspects of financial support, urbanization, industrialization, natural disasters and agricultural opening-up level.
