农业生产性服务对农业绿色全要素生产率的影响——当地效应与空间溢出

摘要:
目的 从宏观视角廓清农业生产性服务与农业绿色全要素生产率之间的关系,进而探析其作用路径和空间溢出效应,可为提升农业绿色水平、实现农业高质量发展提供重要的参考借鉴。方法 文章基于2005—2020年的省级面板数据,利用SBM-GML模型、面板固定效应模型、中介效应模型以及空间杜宾模型等方法,针对农业生产性服务对农业绿色全要素生产率的影响进行深入探讨。结果 农业生产性服务能显著提升农业绿色全要素生产率,且在不同地区呈现异质性,在西部地区的促进地区强于中部地区和东部地区,在粮食主产区和粮食产销平衡区有正向作用,而在粮食主销区有负向作用。影响机制方面,农业生产性服务能够提升资源配置效率、促进技术进步、加深专业分工程度进而发挥绿色效应。此外,农业生产性服务对绿色发展的影响存在正向空间溢出效应。结论 因此,应贯彻农业绿色发展目标,引导农业生产性服务发展,深化农业生产性服务区域联动。

IMPACT OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTIVE SERVICES ON AGRICULTURAL GREEN TOTAL FACTOR PRODUCTIVITY——LOCAL EFFECTS AND SPATIAL SPILLOVERS

Abstract:
Clarifying the relationship between agricultural productive services and agricultural green total factor productivity from a macroscopic perspective, and then analyzing the acting paths and spatial spillover effects, can provide important references to improve agricultural green level and realize agricultural high-quality development. Based on the provincial panel data from 2005 to 2020, the impact of agricultural productive services on agricultural green total factor productivity was explored by using the SBM-GML model, the panel fixed effects model, the mediation effects model and the spatial Durbin model. The results were indicated as follows. Agricultural productive services could significantly promote agricultural green total factor productivity. Moreover, regional disparities were evident, with the western region showing a more pronounced promotion effect than the central and eastern regions. Notably, a positive effect was observed in primary food production areas and food production and marketing balanced areas, whereas a negative impact was discernible in primary food marketing areas. Mechanistically, agricultural productive services engendered efficiency gains in resource allocation, foster technological advancements, and deepen professional specialization, thereby facilitating a green transition. Furthermore, the study revealed a positive spatial spillover effect of agricultural productive services on agricultural green total factor productivity. Therefore, the goal of green development of agriculture should be implemented, agricultural productive services should be vigorously developed, and regional linkages of agricultural productive services should be strengthened.
