| 目的 分析农业生产服务业集中对农业绿色全要素生产率的影响,不仅有助于加快农业生产性服务业的发展,同时也助力于农业的可持续性发展,推动农业绿色转型升级。方法 文章使用逻辑演绎法从理论上分析了影响机制,并利用2003—2022年269个城市面板数据,采用双向固定效应模型及空间计量模型进行实证检验。结果 农业生产性服务业集中能显著促进农业绿色全要素生产率,但存在明显的异质性,对资源禀赋较差、西部地区及非省会和副省级城市的促进效果更显著。进一步分析表明,农业生产性服务业集中主要通过促进农业技术应用效率和优化农业产业结构来提高农业绿色全要素生产率,并对周边地区具有明显的正向溢出效应。结论 一是加强农业生产性服务业发展的政策支持,解决农技推广服务过程中的“最后一公里”问题。二是重点加强对资源禀赋较差、西部地区及非省会和副省级城市农业生产性服务业发展引导与支持。三是加强农业生产性服务业发展的跨区域协调,发挥先进地区的示范带头作用,实现空间外溢效益。 |

| Analyzing the impact of agricultural production service industry concentration on agricultural green total factor productivity not only helps to accelerate the development of agricultural production service industry, but also contributes to the sustainable development of agriculture and promotes the green transformation and upgrading of agriculture. In this research, the impact mechanism was analyzed theoretically using the logical deduction method, and empirical tests were carried out using the two-way fixed effect model and spatial econometric model with panel data of 269 cities from 2003 to 2022. The results were presented as follows. The concentration of agricultural productive services could significantly promote agricultural green total factor productivity, but there was obvious heterogeneity, and the promotion effect was more significant in less resource endowed, western regions and non-provincial capitals and sub-provincial cities. Further analysis showed that the concentration of agricultural productive service industry mainly improved agricultural green total factor productivity by promoting the efficiency of agricultural technology application and optimizing the structure of agricultural industry, and had obvious positive spillover effects on the surrounding areas. Therefore, this research puts forward the following policy implications. The first is to strengthen the policy support for the development of agricultural productive service industry and solve the "last kilometer" problem in the process of agricultural technology extension services. Secondly, we should focus on strengthening the guidance and support for the development of agricultural productive service industry in poor resource endowment, western regions and non-provincial capitals and sub-provincial cities. Thirdly, it should strengthen cross-regional coordination in the development of agricultural productive services, giving full play to the role of advanced regions in demonstrating and leading the way, and realizing the benefits of spatial spillovers. |
