| 作者针对目前种植业比较优势计量指标不能够综合表征优势这一不足，在分析了影响种植业生产的主要自然和社会资源因素的基础上，按照比较优势原理，结合作物生产特点，构建了区域作物比较优势评价指标体系，建立了区域作物综合比较优势评价模型和区域种植业整体比较优势评价模型，并以江苏省淮安市淮阴区为例进行了实证分析。 |

| According to the shortcoming existing in quantitative targets for current comparative superiority of plant industry which are not sufficient to express its superiority, on the basis of analyzing the major natural factors and social resources factors that influence plant production, the authors establish a target system for evaluating the comparative superiority of regional crops and set up models for evaluating the comparative superiority of regional crops and the comparative superiority of regional plant industry as a whole, This paper takes Huaiying District of Huaian of Jiangsu Province as an Example and conduct analysis. |
