| This paper expounds Hangzhou city development situation and plan; Puts forward several issues about the city development and vegetable base construction. This paper suggests that the provincial government should conduct an overall planning for the utilization of green land, so as to create favorable conditions for sustainable agriculture development. It also raises the issue of constructing regional food base. |
