| 霜冻是山西省农业生产中重要的农业气象灾害，研究该地区霜冻灾害的发生规律及防御对策不仅对山西省而且对全国霜冻灾害的防御以及保证粮食的安全生产具有重要意义。该文通过对山西省20年霜冻灾害发生的基本概况、发生范围和危害程度等资料进行分析，总结了山西省霜冻灾害的防治对策和措施。 |

| Abstract: |
| Frost is an important metrological disaster in agriculture production in Shanxi Province. It is of great significance not only for Shanxi Province, but also for the whole China to study the occurrence regulation of frost disasters in this area and its prevention counter-measures as well. This paper analyzes the basic situation of frost disaster occurrences, its occurrence scope and damage degrees in Shanxi Province during the past 20 years, and also summarizes the counter-measures for controlling frost disasters in Shanxi Province. |
