| 作者根据当地农业资源丰缺状况，从综合生产要素装备水平方面分析了清流县的粮食综合生产能力特点；从现阶段粮食供给状况、近阶段消费变化情况，指出了清流县的粮食需求形势和今后的生产定向；提出用社会总需求量、基本口粮、储备粮3个指标衡量和评价粮食安全供给情况；阐述了如何建立清流县的粮食安全预警和粮食、种子储备系统，以及储备应急增粮的生产措施。 |

| xAccording to the local agriculture resources status, the author analyzes the characteristics of grain comprehensive productivities of Qingliu County from the equipment level of comprehensive production essentials; analyzes the requirement situation for grain and future production orientation of Qingliu County from the grain supplying status of present stage and the consumption changes may occur recently;evaluates the grain safe supplying situation according to 3 target aims and expounds production measures of how to establish in Qingliu County the alarm system and grain and seed storage system beforehand and grain storage and increase under stress. |
