| 通过分析湖北农业物流发展现状，提出了建立1个产业、搭建3个平台、构筑3大体系、建立1个园区、建设3个生产基地、设立9个物流中心的总体发展框架，并围绕湖北农业物流基础设施平台、信息网络平台、物流政策平台、湖北农业生产基地、农业物流园区、农业物流中心的规划建设等6个方面提出了相应的政策建议。 |

| Through analyzing the development status of agriculture material circulation in Hubei, this paper puts forward a general development frame work of establishing a industry and 3 big systems, setting up a garden region and 3 production bases, and constructing 9 material circulation centers. The paper also raises relevant policy suggestions in the following 6 fieldss planning and constructing of agriculture material circulation infrastructure flat roof in Hubei, information network flat roof, material circulation policy flat roof, agriculture production base in H ubei, agriculture material circulation garden region, agriculture material circulation center, etc. |
