| 该文从新发展观的角度,采用一定的指标体系和方法,以县级行政区为基本地域单元,将我国划分为保护区、控制区和发展区共3个一级功能类型区和9个二级功能类型区;继而针对各功能区的现状特点、问题与潜力,提出了进一步发展的方向和途径。 |

| From a new development viewpoint,this paper adopts determined index system and method,taking county level prefecture as basic zone unit,and divides whole China into 3 type regions with fist grade function as protection region,controlling region and development region and 9 type regions with the second grade function.Then this paper puts forward directions and ways for further development,according to the present characteristics' problems and potentials of various function regions. |
