| 随着经济和社会发展,农民失去土地是不可避免的客观规律。但是,由于法律、制度的残缺,导致失地农民生活质量降低,生活水平下降,甚至倒退到贫困状态,不符合构建社会主义和谐社会的精神,有待进一步加以完善。该文在详尽分析失地农民可持续生计问题的基础上,提出了解决失地农民可持续生计的对策构想。 |

| Abstract: |
| Along with the economy and social development,it is an inevitable objective rule for the farmers to lose land.But,owing to the incomplete of law and system,the life quality of lost land farmers reduces and their living level drops down,even retrogress to poverty status.This phenomenon falls shot of the spirit of constructing socialist harmonious society and should be further perfected.On the basis of analyzing in detail the sustainable living problem of lost land farmers,this paper puts forward several counter measures for solving this problem for lost land farmers. |
