| 粮食流通是世界性的重大问题。粮食流通在任何一个国家的国民经济中都占有重要地位,各国政府和专家非常重视研究粮食流通问题来确保粮食安全。该文通过对国内外粮食流通体制问题的分析,提出了建立和健全我国适应社会主义市场经济的全国统一、开放、竞争、有序、运转灵活、高效安全的粮食流通体系及确保粮食长久安全的对策措施。 |

| Grain circulation is a cosmopolitan issue.It takes an important place in the national economy of any country in the world.Governments and experts of various countries pay great attention in studying the issue of grain circulation to insure the grain safety.This paper analyzes the internal and external systems of grain circulation;puts forward a counter measure of establishing and completing an unified,opening,competitive system with order,agility,high efficiency and safety to insure grain safety for long period of time. |
