| This paper expounds the general situation and historical utilization of Boyang Lake wetland; describes 8 advantages for planting seasonal crops on wetland; and the important significance and major policy measures. It also puts forward measures as ‘taking 3 items as major forces’ i.e. contracting by capable hands, leading by village committee members, self-preparing fund by farmer households; and ‘3 combination’ , ‘insisting on 3 principles’ and ‘preventing 3 tendencies’ |
