| Abstract This article firstly analyzed the current situation， problems and trends of the development of China's hor- ticultural industry. Moreover， policies and measures for the development of the horticultural industry were pro- posed:（1） to develop the specialized horticulture industry.（2） to adopt differentiate development strategy.（3） to implement the brand strategy.（4）to strengthen the marketing.（5） to search for national policy support.（6） to cultivate scientifically. |
