摘 要 中心村建设是党的十六大提出的全面推进小康社会的重要组成部分之一。如何科学地选择中心村, 优化中心村的空间布局,是中心村建设中一个重要的基础性问题。该文由微观分析入手,运用基于熵技术 的层次分析法和聚类分析法分别建立了两套丘陵低山区中心村空间布局评价指标体系。同时,结合铜梁县 蒲吕镇的数据,基于这两种方法分别提出了两套空间布局方案。结果表明,基于熵技术和层次分析法的空 间布局评价指标体系更符合丘陵低山区的实际情况,运用该指标体系能为丘陵低山区中心村的合理布局提 供理论支持和实践指导。 |

Abstract The construction of centre village is one of the main part of fully accelerating prosperous society presen- ted in Sixteenth Congress of the Chinese Communist Party. How to choose the central village scientifically, and op- timize spatial planning of the centre village, has already become an urgent and important problem. This paper es- tablished two sets of space distribution appraises index system of central village in the low hills mountain area, re- spectively, using the methods of AHP analysis and clustering analysis based on entropy technology. Meanwhile, combined with the data of Pulü town in Tong Liang County, this paper put forward two plans of space distribution of central village in this town. The results indicated that the index system which based on the AHP analysis and entro- py technology was more correspond to the actual condition, and may provide theoretical support and practical guid- ance for rational planning of central village in hill and low mountain area. |
