| 摘 要 秸秆资源是构建农业循环经济系统种植业与养殖业之间的重要纽带，对我国现代农业的可持续发 展起着决定性的影响和作用。文章对中国秸秆资源的现实构成、系统构成、中国秸秆资源综合利用存在的 主要问题及总体趋势进行了详细分析论述。并且，还针对我国秸秆资源现实利用中所存在的诸多问题，提 出了以秸秆资源的集约、循环、高效、充分利用为总体取向的发展建议。 |

| Abstract Straw resource is the important links between planting industry and breeding industry for building the agricultural circular economy system， and it has the decisive effect to the sustainable development of modern agri- culture in China. The paper discusses the realistic and constitution of straw resource in China， analyses its main problems and general trend during the process of realistic utilization， and finally pointed developing suggestions re- garding the intensive， cycle， high-efficiency and sufficient way of utilizing straw resource as general direction. |
