| 摘 要 随着经济的快速发展和城镇化进程的不断加快，我国耕地资源流失现象非常严重。其根本原因在 于人们对耕地资源的价值认识不清，往往忽略耕地资源的非市场价值。该文对国内外有关耕地资源的非市 场价值及其评估方法的研究进展进行了系统地评述，并在此基础上进一步剖析了国内耕地资源非市场价值 研究存在的主要问题，最后对我国耕地资源非市场价值的进一步研究方向进行了展望。 |

| Abstract With the rapid economic development and the acceleration of urbanization， the loss of cultivated land resources in China become very serious. The root reason was that people can't fully understand the value of cultivat- ed land resources， and its non-market valuation was often ignored. This paper summarized the research progress on the non-market value of cultivated land resources and its valuation methods. Based on this， main research problems on non-market valuation of cultivated land resources were further analyzed. Future research directions were finally proposed. |
