| 改革开放30年来，我国县和县级市的产业竞争力、经济实力不断增强，医疗、教育、住房、就业 保障体系初步建立，特别是县域城乡一体化发展的态势初步形成。但在看到取得的成就的同时，也应看到， 我国县域经济社会发展水平还存在巨大的差异，县域内部的经济社会发展还存在严重不平衡，与城乡统筹 发展的要求差距较大。文章以东部地区3个典型县为研究案例，通过定量分析和评价，提出了今后东部地 区县域经济城乡统筹发展的对策建议 |

| Abstract: |
| Since 30 years of reform and opening-up， Chinese counties and county-level cities have made re- markable achievements. Industrial competitiveness and economic strength have been greatly enhanced; the security systems for health， education， housing as well as employment have been gradually established， especially the urban and rural integration of county region has been taken shape. However， it should also be noted that there are great differences in different county regions and imbalances of a county inside in social economic development， which is a significant gap compared with the requirements for the coordinated urban and rural development. Taking three typical counties in the east area as case study， this paper put forward the development suggestions of East Area County in the future based on statistical and survey data. |
