| 该文从湖南省农村生态环境现状分析入手，指出目前湖南省 存在农业生态环境不容乐观，污染物 排放量大，面源污染日益突出，点源污染呈现点多面广等特征。结合湖南省农村和农业现状，阐述了湖 南 省农村生态环境问题的成因。针对宏观、微观两方面，提出了湖南省农村生态环境保护应从国家和省级两 个层面出发，切实有效地提出 有利于解决湖南省农村生态环境问题的对策。 |

| According to the analysis of the ecological environment situation of the countryside in Hunan province， This paper pointed out that the agricultural ecological environment condition was disappointed， such as pollutants e- missions were large， rural non-point source pollution become increasingly prominent; point source pollution showed the feature 'multiple point sources' and 'involving a broad area'. Based on the present situation of the country- side and agriculture in Hunan province， this paper discussed the causes of the ecological environmental problems of the countryside， and put forward some countermeasures for solving the ecological environmental problems of the countryside in Hunan. |
